1. Returns
For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, and we ONLY issue store credit.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sultaniajewelry@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and the reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization will not be accepted. No return or refund on sales from outside the US.
2. Return Shipping
Return shipping on items that are being returned or exchanged will be paid by the customer.
3. Eligible Items
The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Special-Order items, Custom Product are NOT eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at managements' direction, if the item being returned or exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
3. Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order show delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost.
